We came in on a Friday night with some friends. There was a wait and the place was super busy. The dining area is very casual and can get louder. There are actually two different large rooms with tables. The menu has a great variety and the portion sizes were large. I had shrimp and grits. The shrimp were small but the grits were delicious. I enjoyed it but would try something else next time. My husband had the meatloaf and loved it. We all ordered different desserts. Order them early if you want a specific one because they definitely run out. There are pies and cakes. I had a very decadent piece of chocolate cake and got it to go. It was very rich and tasty. There is also an area where you can get meals and cakes and pies to take home.

What a gem in Lavonia! The food was wonderful, we had two different sandwiches on home made bread. Both were delicious and the bread was amazing. But the best was last. The cake!! The huge piece of coconut cake was the best I have had. And everything was reasonably priced. Service was excellent, prompt but not intrusive. Go check it out! They now are open Friday for dinner!

This place is so good!! Homemade breads, cakes and pies that are all so delicious! We have tried several sandwiches and salads and all were very good. The staff is attentive and friendly. The restaurant is cute and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Wholesome food, spiffy service by very sweet people! Lots of great lunches all prepared fresh with very fresh ingredients. The selection of desserts is enough to bring on a diabetic coma, including many unique cakes. The atmosphere is authentic country casual. Great place for lunch!

The good and service was amazing! Cassie, our server, was fantastic. The desserts are amazing! We had lunch and celebrated a birthday. We will be back!

I had pimento cheese plate with crackers and fruit. delicious . we had dessert and I had butterfinger cheesecake - wow!!! waitress was very friendly and helpful

Food was delicious. Logan was our server and did an exceptional job (since we were there at a very busy time). More crowded than we expected. Ambiance was as expected for a lunch spot! Will definitely return. Look forward to bringing visitors to enjoy this with us.

Great food, we went back 2 weeks in a row you HAVE to get dessert. Service is fast and friendly and the food is really fresh and delicious! It's only open Fridays for dinner and there's a line to get in when they open at 5 but plenty of seating. Looking forward to going there regularly.

Very good homemade food. They have a different special every day. I love the taco salad. The cakes are unbelievable
